Business to Business (B2B) is all about one business supplying products and services to another. While this is an age-old model, the B2B paradigm has shifted in the past handful of years. Through the matriculation of online marketing and infiltration of social media in the daily lives of almost all humans on the planet, the customer-centric business model has filtered all the way to the “supplier” level (B2B companies). This trend, however, has spearheaded a return to a more traditional way of doing business.
